Shipping policy
Our items are created using a third-party print-on-demand service, which is why a bit of patience is required (and asked for on every single item's description).
Per our printer, it takes 3-5 business days for the orders to be processed. The countdown begins at 8am Eastern time after your order is placed (so if you order on a Friday afternoon, that means 8am the following Monday).
Once printed and processed, it's sent USPS from NY, and you'll get tracking info... and then we're at the mercy of the USPS.
This is why on EVERY item description, I thank you for your patience and choosing my small, growing business when you could get something else by tomorrow. I truly do appreciate it!
